Brittany Jacques, known as “The Construction Whisperer,” founded Magnified Consulting after identifying a recurring pattern across her work with AEC organizations: business performance is often shaped by human factors that traditional systems measure too late—or overlook entirely.
The people closest to the work influence far more than project execution. They shape leadership, communication, trust, client relationships, reputation, retention, and the relationships that drive repeat business and future opportunities.
Harvard-trained in the application of neuroscience to business, Brittany brings together behavioral science, organizational development, and a multidisciplinary consulting perspective shaped across industries and applied within AEC to help organizations build stronger people infrastructure connecting how people develop, communicate, perform, lead, and build relationships to measurable business performance.
